Did ICE Detain Your Family Member?

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the law enforcement arm of DHS. We aggressively seek the representation of our detained clients while helping their family members to understand the legal process from beginning to end. Within 48 hours of an arrest, ICE officials must decide whether to detain a person or release him or her on bond. The agency will also decide whether to pursue removal (deportation).

We understand how stressful it can be to have a family member in detention. The family member can be placed at a local ICE detention facility or be transferred to another location out of state.

When our firm is contacted, we advocate for clients in an immigration bond hearing (detention hearing). The judge will decide whether to hold the person indefinitely until removal proceedings or release the person upon posting a cash bond.
